The location was beyond amazing, away from the tourist chaos but still a short walk/boat ride from the train station. The apartment, just like in the pictures, was sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, even meeting us at the boat terminal to guide us to the apartment. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and taking the public boat down the grand canal was a jaw-dropping introduction to the city. The hosts were punctual, providing us with water, milk, juice, tea, coffee. The free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils were super convenient. We loved the cozy and clean apartment, as well as the lovely outdoor dining area. The cots were a great bonus for families, and it was awesome that no pets were allowed on site. Smoking was also prohibited, which was a huge plus for us. The service was tremendous, with our hosts even purchasing umbrellas for us. We can't wait to come back!

The location of the holiday home was absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking Basilica San Marco. It felt like living in the heart of Venice, surrounded by the rich history and beauty of the city. Plus, being close to popular points of interest meant we didn't waste any time getting to all the must-see attractions.

Loved the patio where I could pretend to be a Venetian noble while sipping my afternoon tea. And the towels were so generously featured, they practically stole the show!
Oh, how I adore being woken up by that delightful church bell every morning at 7:30! Such a charming way to start the day.

We had an amazing stay at the Ca' Malatin Villa. the hosts were friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the house was clean and tidy, just as described on the portal. the location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city center on foot easily. the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and necessary items for cooking, and we were pleasantly surprised to find fruits and a biscuit pack waiting for us. the hosts even provided a bottle of milk for our child. we were extremely satisfied with the kind behavior of the hosts and would rate them 10 out of 10. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 🌟.

Ca' Malatin truly felt like a home away from home. It was beautifully decorated with a touch of elegance, and the common areas were easily accessible even for senior people like myself. The cozy garden was a delightful spot to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of Venice. The location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient access to the city center, making it easy for me to explore the charming streets and discover hidden gems at my own pace.
I would have appreciated some additional support from the staff to cater specifically to senior guests, such as offering assistance with luggage or providing a handrail in the bathrooms. However, despite this small suggestion, I had a wonderful vacation at Ca' Malatin and cherished every moment of my stay in Venice.

The host was incredibly helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to get to the villa from the airport. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet part of the city but still close to all the main attractions. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The thoughtful touches, like the welcome fruits, biscuits, and milk, made us feel truly welcomed. Although the apartment didn't have air conditioning, the fans provided kept us comfortable. I highly recommend Ca' Malatin for a wonderful stay in Venice.
